Service scope and coverage
VPNUJ provides a cross-border network acceleration subscription: once the subscription is imported into the client on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android or Linux, devices reach overseas websites and services over international routes — for cross-border work, access to international sites, AI tools and streaming. Current coverage is 110+ countries / 160+ servers, with no limit on how many devices are online at once under one account.
Subscriptions are measured by duration and data:
- Monthly plans: ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets each month on the day the plan started.
- Data packs: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, ¥658/3000GB — used until they run out, and they never expire.
When upgrading from a lower tier to a higher one mid-term, the price difference is prorated by the remaining days.
The following fall outside the scope of the service: the availability and regional policies of third-party websites and apps (decided by their operators); faults on the network operator's side at the user's location; configuration problems on the user's device or local network.
Account and subscription rules
Sign-up needs only a username and password — no email address. Your credentials are the login password and the subscription link; keep them safe. Anything done through the account is treated as done by the account holder.
A subscription is tied to the registered account and is for the account holder and their own devices only. "No limit on devices online at once" means the number of devices connected under one account is unrestricted; it does not mean the account or subscription link may be resold, rented or lent out, or published and shared publicly. If a subscription link leaks, reset it in the user panel immediately — the old link stops working at once.
The following are not permitted:
- reselling subscriptions or acting as an agent for their sale, or bundling a subscription with another product;
- using scripts or tools to make bulk requests to the API or to scrape server information;
- cracking or reverse-engineering the client, or tampering with metering or authentication logic;
- circumventing data metering or account limits in any way.
Acceptable use
Users must comply with the laws of their own location and of the place where the service is used, and are responsible for the content they access and the activity they carry out through the service. The service must not be used to infringe the lawful rights of others, distribute illegal material, attack or intrude into other systems, send spam, commit fraud, or for any other unlawful purpose.
The service keeps no logs and does not store the specific content users access. Account information and order records are retained as needed for billing, customer support and compliance, and are handled under applicable law when a competent authority makes a lawful request.
Where an account shows clear misuse, VPNUJ may suspend that account's access to servers and, depending on the circumstances, terminate the account.
Service availability and liability limits
The service is provided as is. 110+ countries / 160+ servers is the current scale of coverage; servers change as operators adjust, data centres carry out maintenance and cross-border links fluctuate, so an individual server may be temporarily unavailable — switch to another one in that case. No commitment is made about the continuous availability or a specific speed of any single server.
Loss of access or slower speeds caused by the following are not service faults: the user's device, system settings or local network; changes to the regional policies of third-party websites and apps; events beyond reasonable control such as force majeure or backbone network failures.
To the extent permitted by law, liability arising from the service is limited to the amount the user actually paid for the affected subscription period.
Billing, refunds and account termination
Subscriptions are billed for the period chosen, with Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT accepted. Monthly plan data resets each month on the day the plan started; data packs are used until they run out and never expire.
A full refund, no questions asked, can be requested within 14 days of the first payment. Simply submit the order number in a ticket in the user panel — no reason is required. The money is returned through the original payment channel, and how long it takes to arrive is decided by that channel.
VPNUJ may suspend or terminate an account in the following cases: reselling or publicly sharing a subscription; using the service for illegal activity; bulk requests or attacks against the servers; malicious chargebacks. Where serious violations require immediate termination, no advance notice is given; other cases are explained first through a ticket.
Users may stop using the service at any time. Data packs already purchased are used until they run out and never expire, whether or not the subscription is renewed.
Changes to these terms and contact
These terms may be updated as the service scope, payment channels or legal requirements change. The month of the latest update is shown at the top of this page; material changes such as the refund scope or billing method are announced on the site, or sent to signed-in users by ticket. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means accepting the updated terms; anyone who does not accept them may stop using the service.
Questions about these terms, refund requests and account appeals are all handled through a ticket in the user panel: sign in, open a new ticket and include the order number or account name.
